Describe your role at Marvel: I make cartoons of characters I have loved since I was a child.

What is your proudest moment OR most exciting work project? Launching The Super Hero Squad Show – because it was thrilling to finally give younger kids a way into the Marvel Universe, and because it was my first full series to develop from scratch.

Why do you like working for Marvel? Besides being a die-hard Marvel "fan-boy"? I like that Marvel moves quickly and collaboratively across all of its divisions – allowing me to become involved in many aspects of the company.

What has been the most amazing experience or day you've had at Marvel thus far? I created a regular part for Stan Lee as the Mayor in one of our shows, and he so enjoyed doing it he sent a hand-written note signed "Excelsior! Stan Lee!". I freaked out. And in typical Stan-style, the note also pitched me on promoting him to Governor in Season 2 and President in Season 3...
